有申请suny-sb的吗？成绩单是要两份吗

求助啊，各位大神给个答复

Official Transcripts
Applicants for admission must submit official transcripts of all work beyond secondary school. Please request two (2) transcripts from each institution you have attended. A document is official when it is issued by the school with the official seal/stamp and an official signature. They must be submitted to the program you are applying to in a sealed envelope, signed across the seal by the appropriate academic officer.
这是研究生院的说法，系里没要求

寄送两份成绩单到如下地址：
切记标明MS还是PHD
国内本科，如果看到F&Q中说需要fall semester grads，直接无视

这个是统一要求还是？我申他家数学学院，找不到checklist和admission，非常蛋疼。
