MSU提交了，不要看我成绩单！！？？

我是申请CS的PHD的，我提交了MSU的申请，他只是让我提交PS什么之类的，竟然不要我提供成绩单扫描件和资金证明之类的？有人知道这是怎么回事吗？谢谢帮忙

MSU的CS貌似要做成绩认证（然后邮寄纸质的），所以我没申..

MSU应该是要教育部认证成绩单哇~~

Additional application materials:

Two official transcripts of all college work (undergraduate and graduate). Applicants should have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale. Transcripts must be sent directly from the university in sealed envelopes. Special note for applicants who have earned degrees from universities in China: you must obtain verification of your documents from the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC). You must send copies of your documents to the CDGDC along with payment. After verification, CDGDC will send the documents directly to MSU. Please ensure these are sent directly to the department address listed below.

这是MSU系里的网页啊。应该要看好系里的要求再申请呀。
CDGDC是学位认证和成绩单认证的吧。至于具体怎么弄我也不知道...
