Interview#1: 1hr

• 一些general的interview guideline，self intro + 闲聊（本轮闲聊时间较长）
• BQ: situation where not part of your job but you think is beneficial to do and take the responsibility
• BQ: example of how you focus on the goal
• BQ: example of you face tradeoff between launch fast vs. tech quality, if choose first how do you handle tech debt
• BQ: example of you convert customer feedback to innovation product
• BQ: example of you pick longer term goal over short term gain
• Coding: give N sorted lists, print a merged sorted list
  

面试官有提醒说这一轮的coding不测重考察code的perform

Last round: 0.5hr
和amazon的一个director聊天。这轮聊得还挺开心的，问了挺多career trajectory的问题。


总结：
说来惭愧我这次面试其实比较random，并非有备而来。amazon的recruiter太热情了于是就面了一下。果然amazon的BQ还是很重，而且四轮BQ的数量是递减。抛砖引玉，欢迎各位交流。
