[誠徵室友] - Budget around $3,000 - ROOMMATES WANTED FOR Luxury Apartment Search

Hi, everyone!


Tired of commuting or afraid of using public transportation because of COVID?

As most of us are close to returning to the office, I’m looking for 1–2 roommates to create a housing group and sign a lease together for a luxury apartment (2B/2B or 3B/3B) in the Financial District/East Cut, San Francisco, CA 94105, near our workplaces, before 12/01. I’d love to get a spacious place with lots of natural light. My budget is around $3,000, but I am willing to pay more to find a great place. I am looking for a place that has peace, quiet, and respect as foundational pillars for the house. I am working from home full-time for now, so I need a space with limited daytime distractions.

About me:
- Male in my 30s.
- Was born in Taiwan but moved to California 5 years ago.  
- Can speak Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, English, Japanese, and Thai.
- Data scientist working from home full-time but will probably return to office in the coming weeks (the policy is changing all the time...)
- Purdue and Carnegie Mellon alum
- Split my time between San Francisco and Taiwan
- Love the outdoors (hiking, backpacking, cycling, volleyball, and water sports)      
- Love trying new restaurants/bars, getting coffee, hanging out with friends, and meeting new people.     
- Love to travel (have worked and lived in Taiwan, Australia, Thailand, Japan, Germany, the UK, France, and the US)

- Good credit score and stable income because an application and a credit check are required for these luxury apartments
- Multilingual—preferably can speak English and Mandarin Chinese or like Taiwanese culture
- Kind-hearted and considerate  
- Preferably Christian  
- Drama free—looking for housemates who are drama free and for a home centered on respect and communication
- Communal living—I want to be friends with my housemates (not just friendly) and share an occasional meal with them, talk about the latest news, share a drink, play games together, watch NBA and MLB and on streaming platforms, etc. (while also recognizing that independence at home is super important and valuable).
