等等,难道是印度那所神校IIT呀！！不过最近印度rape这么猖獗，lz不怕么。。。

官网上说，只要是国籍是中国，GRE>316,托福>100,申phd的同学似乎都符合要求。。
所以基本上。。是群发。。

Tang Graduate Scholarship for Tang Undergraduate Scholars in China
Citizens of China accepted for admission in an IIT PH.D degree program whose undergraduate study in China was supported by the Tang Foundation may be eligible to apply for the Tang Foundation Graduate Scholarship for assistance towards tuition and a stipend.  Admitted students must meet the following criteria:

-Nationality – People's Republic of China
-GRE Composite – 1300 (old) or 316 (new)
-TOEFL – 100; IELTS – 7.0; PTE – 68
-Program requested – Ph.D.

An invitation to apply for the scholarship will be sent directly to those who meet this criteria.

The undergraduate GPA varies widely with different universities in China, consequently, a set GPA is not specified. An IIT Admission Specialist will look for a GPA of approximately 3.20/4.00.  Please note, not all IIT departments participate in this scholarship program.
