Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for operating and managing the company's e-commerce sites and other online sales channels, managing and optimizing the site, and improving store traffic and conversion rate;
2. Assist in the overall operation of the online stores, and be responsible for overall strategic planning, operation, promotion and drainage, data analysis and effect evaluation;
3. Familiar with social media, have rich social media resources, and be able to use overseas social media such as Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Youtube/Tiktok for promotion and marketing to increase the popularity of independent stations;
4. Develop advertising delivery mechanisms and strategies for different products; adjust and optimize according to advertising performance, increase conversion rate, track promotion effects, do a good job of data analysis and timely feedback, regularly share promotion experience, and improve network promotion capabilities;
5. Carry out work plan arrangements every day, analyze work effects every week, improve marketing improvement measures in time, form work report documents and submit them to the management, and be able to edit advertising copywriting and materials independently and creatively;
6. To continuously explore new traffic conversion platforms, actively learn and apply, and import traffic and conversions for the store.

Job requirements:
1. Familiarize yourself with the detailed information of the products on the site and master the professional knowledge of the category you are responsible for.
2. Proficient in the operation and operation promotion of website building platforms such as shopify, wordpress, woocommerce;
4. More than one year of practical experience in online sales channel, familiar with network marketing channels, and have rich platform network promotion experience and relevant experience in Internet resources, GoogleAds, Facebook advertising optimization and promotion.
5. Bachelor degree or above, excellent oral and writing communication skills, good copywriting skills, strong planning and execution skills, and the ability to quickly learn new affairs.
