辗转几天，终回复了， USC CS AD 的 Statement of intent 的deadline - 推荐 4.30 ：

Please submit the Statement of Intent form (https://camel2.usc.edu/AdmGradCertification/) as soon as you have made your decision. We suggest that it be submitted by April 30, 2014. However, don’t hesitate to let us know if you need an extension.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if we can be of additional assistance.

问下楼主，是财产证明寄了之后发的这个么？我问小米，小米说寄了财产证明后会直接给我发I-20表格，并且意味着我决定去他们学校了.

是财产证明后，会给你一个 statement of intent 连接，然后 decide whether or not to enroll into USC 【原话】吧。。，先寄的应该是一个录取通知书吧。。

通知邮件：Upon receipt of the affidavit of support, your official letter of admission will be forwarded to you. Your I- 20 or DS-2019 will be issued to you once you certify to enroll at USC. Certification instructions will be provided once your financial documents and passport have been reviewed.


这个certification就是你说的那个链接是吧？
