12/14 loop ( 一共五轮）
12/15 收到HR email 约电话
12/16 verbal offer （降级到L4）
12/20 written offer
LZ 面的是L5 的 BA，所以loop 一共有五轮, 下面会详细叙述。因为本身有compete offer，所以整个面试都比较迅速。 但最后 salary 没有match到compete offer， 所以LZ并没有accept 亚麻的 offer。LZ想把面试记录下来，希望给准备BA 面试的大家有所帮助！ 然后也希望大家看完多多加米！

----回归正题-----
Phone Screen
面试LZ的是同组的BA，大概有两年多的工作经验。 一个小时的面试全程是开摄像头的。一开始就是自我介绍， 然后直接technical的部分。只考了SQL。LZ 平时工作本身用SQL 比较多， 所以这部分不是太难， 本以为会有LP， 结果在这一轮都没有涉及。SQL 部分大概有45分钟， 大概有6-8 个问题， 然后从易到难。考点总结如下：
-Create table new_table as
( select * from old_table)
-Replace null （ isnull or coalesce)
-Aggregate function （ where vs having）
-Self join & Left join & Inner join
- Datetime functions ( transaction table)
year()
dateapart() — return
