澄清几个常见问题：
1. New Grads是否可以申请：可以的，但需要你有industry internship工程开发经验
2. 换专业的是否可以申请：可以的，但需要CS基础扎实，编程solid，也要有相关的工作或intern经验
3. 招intern吗？Sorry, No. 我们组暂时不招intern，但你可以去career website申请intern职位。
4. Rippling就是个做HR软件的，有什么前途？我的原帖已经解释过，Rippling is a bundle of many apps and the list keeps growing. Sharing the employee data as the foundation, these apps can tightly work together which is much more powerful than individual apps from different vendors.
