UCB EECS MEng 录取信息和就读体验

支持选Cal吧，现身说法感觉能学到很多，而且在tech的connections也会很多，各方面来说都很competent。顺便走过路过求加米！

所以就是，延期的话可以实习，不延期就只能直接找full-time。

请问大佬请问被录取之后可以转track吗？我申请的是robotics但是担心课太硬所以想转DSS。。不知道可不可以

不可以转。不过也要看你怎么定义软和硬，robotics里面一些machine learning，CV，signal processing，data的课也很软。

谢谢！刚被录了请问第一学期有什么软课推荐吗 看了一下list都是robotic和control这些我本科已经学过了的就不想再上了🥲

楼主你好，听说今年改成不能延期了是真的吗？这样的话只能直冲全职。。但没有美国的实习的话成功率如何？另外除了实习，有论文的话对找工作有好处吗（ml论文和想找的sde工作相关性不大）？

Is there an option to extend the program to 3 semesters?
The full-time MEng program is currently a lock-step, two-semester degree program. Students are expected to graduate in two semesters and exceptions are considered in exceptional circumstances, for example failing a required class. We cannot accommodate requests for planned or voluntary program extensions for non-academic reasons. Students who are interested in a 2-4 year program should apply to the separate and distinct part-time MEng program.

Students who do not complete all of their degree requirements in the normative time may petition to extend their time to degree; however approval is not guaranteed. UC Berkeley’s Graduate Division considers petitions to extend a student’s program from the degree-granting department on an individual basis for academic reasons only. It is Graduate Division policy that when a student completes their degree requirements, then they will graduate.
