挺失望的，刚拿了ETH的offer，之前疫情刚开始的时候在地里也听说过ETH出过幺蛾子，这下对学校好感度减了不少。

Dear Professor Helbing, what I don't understand, perhaps you could explain this: are you essentially suggesting that "speaking up against racism is spreading the hate"?
It's crystal clear to me that you are the one that created hate content (and denied in an unconvincing way), instead of the poster who just let the world know about it.
If you are still obsessed with all this bullshit rhetorics rather than the problem itself, try add your own name and "white" after "criminals, terrorists" next time.

This is absolutely unacceptable!
