* BQ，自己也做过面试官，其中最常见的问题

what you're looking for in your next role 
what do you wish you had done differently
what was the most challenging part, what did you struggle with,
give an example of conflict and how it was resolved
provide an example of a time you disagreed about technical direction and how it was resolve

* 找一个展现领导力和足够大的scope的故事，主要是讲清楚你做的vs别人的差别，比如你从idea开始，项目管理，跨部门合作，不一定own whole project，什么是success metrics，operational， deployment work，还有reflection和insights

* 不谦虚也不要oversell，讲我做了什么，我们/team做了什么，资深面试官还能感受到你到底是真的很强还是水货，他们也会深挖，或者交叉验证，reference check。

* 谈失败经历，从中学到，成长的总结。

* 忌讳谈别人，公司的问题和缺点。

* 如果没有足够多的经验，还是可以把别人lead项目或者参与过的改装成自己的。

* 还有一些文化相关的，mentorship 帮别人成长/成功. 从大的Org wide可以提：programs to improve interview quality, tech talks, mentorship programs, diversity work
