补充说明，是CEE系的。

Update一点数据：
In our School, TA’s and RA’s are considered in the same process.  As for the PhD’s who are funded, approximately 90% are funded.  Not all of which arrived with funding.  The 10% who are not funded are made up of self-funded, funded through other sources, etc.
