Looking for working professional. I am a business professional working in Irvine. I also live in the house in a room downstairs, and there is a couple (w/ cat) who share another downstair room.

House culture is to be clean, non-disruptive and respectful, avoiding drama. No drugs or smoking; no excess alcohol use.

Shared area has a very large TV, which includes Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and YouTube. There is a large partially covered backyard for fresh air and lots of sunlight--good for light fitness/yoga. Mile Square Park is 10 minutes away (quicker after freeway construction is done), very bikable with many restaurants around (e.g. Cream Pan, Paderia, Brodard, Net Cafe, etc.).

It takes 2 minutes to get onto the 405 freeway. Get to work or school in Ivine or Long Beach or LA quicker.


The Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Neighbors are nice and friendly, often walking around with their dogs in the afternoon/evening. Street parking is available, but there is street sweeping every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month (day delay for holiday weeks)
