I gotta say that my interview experience with Palantir has been the best I've ever had.

Timeline
July 9, 2022 - Application Submitted

August 25, 2022 - VO: But I missed it, so had to reschedule
September 15, 2022 - VO
September 18, 2022 - HR told me I've passed, the next and the final round is with a hiring manager

Conclusion
If you have advanced to this stage, don't waste your time on LeetCode. I think they are trying to find ppl with strong command of system design, tech stacks, and working experience under production settings.

Given the demography of this forum is largely Chinese (myself included), make sure you communicate well and naturally. Doesn't hurt to throw in a joke or two.

Overall, the HRs have been pretty sweet and responsive, and  engineers who interviewed me are pretty brolic. I will see if I can get an offer and share more.

Intern position.

Just had the hiring manager round. Best experience so far. They are very chill and actually review all of the notes. They told me founders of the company would look at candidates' notes too, which is crazy.

Expect to get a decision late this week or next week.

I just finished my vo interview. The interview experience is really good as well.

Did you get the information when arranging the HM round that it will include both behavior and coding? I just received mine and it says will have a coding problem included.
