Walking distance to park, trails, and shopping center. It's also close to SJSU, Evergreen and De Anza College.  

This house has kitchen and bathrooms remodeled two years ago, with washer/dryer, electric stove, microware, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, two refrigerators, and dishwasher. There is force AC/Heat. You would share a bathroom with another tenant. Garage/street parking.
