[BQ]为什么要换工作？懒人伸手版回答喂到你嘴边

在职跳槽，最近面了很多家，大部分都被问到为什么想换工作，之前感觉答得都不好，HM听了直皱眉。这个问题还挺重要，所以写了一个我觉得还行的版本，以及一些我的思考。觉得还行的请不吝赏点米。先赞后看，年入百万。


HM: Why you want to leave xxx?

一些thoughts我写在括号里面。个人理解是回答问题的时候也要尽量推销自己，虽然大多数人都是原司待着不开心，但是面试的时候该吹牛还是要的，毕竟吹牛又不要钱对吧。

ME: This is a hard decision to make. On one hand, I enjoy working with the people here. The teammates are smart and very responsible for the projects they own and my manager is open minded and supportive to the decisions I made at work （展示我跟人相处没问题，老板对我很满意）. However one thing that I feel missing is the growth in tech skills. Here in xxx everything moves so fast that everyone works on multiple projects at the same time. Because the fast moving quick prototyping culture, we always implement the new features using the most stable or the simplest solution and then move to the next impactful project. I really enjoy the working style here that I can roll out a big product within 3 months and achieve $40k daily savings for the company（见缝插针mention自己的achievements，展现效率高，应该受麻厂老板喜爱吧我猜）. Although I see a clear path to become a LvX  in the near future by keep quickly delivering projects and making impact （暗示我在前司混的好，甚至都快升级了，同时也imply自己干活很快）, I am concerned that I might not have the tech skills that are required by a big tech company of the same level （奈何技术上有追求，想成为技术牛逼IC）. I think YYY has enough impactful projects to work on and they also have engineering difficulty for me to deep dive and improve my tech skills at the same time. I believe my skills and previous experience and the working environment of YYY would be a great fit. （最后洗脑一波）


适用于糙快猛小厂跳大厂。如果大跳小的话就把话反过来说就行，最求impact而不是吹毛求疵技术细节之类。

你说这么长，增加recruit的理解难度和记录时间，得不偿失。人家就是想看看有没有red flag，你就说looking for new opportunities，不要说老东家不是就好。湾区大家都跳来跳去，都理解的。
