可以去LinkedIn查一些同公司的company alumni 后面都去什么公司和职位 也曾在Chicago的 prop shop干过 是manual trading 不是HF trading 感觉是white male dominated的行业  还有一点就是可以看一下 有没有很好的福利 因为non-compete 离职之后会有garden leave 在这期间 有些好的公司会给工资 还有些甚至支持读MBA
