如何拿到trader的面试

自己身边没有认识的人当trader。希望向地里相关的人咨询一下，为什么总是拿不到trader或quantitative researcher的面试。提前感谢🙏

背景： 在美国综合排名不到40的学校本科+硕士， 毕业专业Electrical and Computer Engineering 是全美 top 10 的Engineering Graduate School。毕业三年一直在做software的工作。两年大厂，一年start up的开发经验。

因为喜欢统计和数学相关的东西，在学校学了一些machine learning + probability 的课程，自己也在做一些machine learning + trading相关的projects。
在startup期间，也part time 给同公司 research/data scientist 组做了3个月的data scientist的project。

我希望能够去trading company 工作，转 trader 或者 quantitative researcher的岗位。
目前full time自学了俩月的: 红皮书 《Heard on The Street》, 绿皮书 《A Practical Guide to Quantitative Finance Interviews》, 《Probability and Random Processes》（Grimmett)，《Stochastic Calculus for finance I》 (Shreve), 《Basic Black Scholes, Option Pricing and Trading》 (Crack)

最近投了不少的trading company， 但是发现投的trading company，没有给任何的trader 或者quantitative researcher面试机会。
不知道自己还能做些什么，才能够拿到面试。希望大家能给一些意见， 谢谢！
