small claim again att

来美国十年了，从来没想过会去告谁，除了公司移民律师，没接触过法律的东西。主要是听说法律严格，违法了会很麻烦，所以一直是好公民。最近被逼的急了，朋友说可以告，我就告了。
att有个deal,5块钱一个月，三年，买苹果手机13，三年的plan。我看着deal还行，就order了。没想到啊，邮寄错了颜色。等颜色搞对了，竟然出了iphone14plus 也是5块，我就要求把13退了。然后完蛋了，扯皮。明明收到，说没有收到。明明可以给我趁着deal 还在给我一部新14新号码，不肯。我打了10个电话，同意给我，但是按照全价。5块钱的deal需要我过了billing cycle再打电话。等我过了billing cycle打回去，死不认账了。气死我了。。。

害的我的plan owner跟着我打电话，我不好意思的要死了。于是我把他们告了，现在已经settle。法律的武器还得用，只是希望永远不要有人对我用。


1.到你的county court网站下载small claim表格。要求填写自己和被告人的基本信息。对方是att，就得找到它在你住的区域的registered agent。德州att的agent是Corpinfo@sos.texas.gov问来的。网站花一块钱也可以，打电话或者发邮件不要钱。
2.到你住的county court 交钱，一个是claim 拿到tivcket的钱，一个是serve ticket的钱。大约是50和80。att registered agent不在我住的这，所以得网上找constable 或者sheriff，把从法院交钱拿到的传票邮寄给constable。
3.att派人来调解。最后送了我手机，还赔了我一比钱。

以前遇到过，网络供应商，各部门间协调差得很，不同时间打电话问统一事情给的信息不一致，把顾客当球样来回踢，多扣了钱没处解释，索性不多就算了懒得扯皮。这些都是欺软怕硬的，自己要学会别当软柿子给别人捏。
