6.20 Guangzhou, check

Sorry, I can't type Chinese now for using a strange linux system. (Crunchbang or #!)

Well, I was interviewed on June 20th in Guangzhou, window 24. The VO looked like a nice guy except that he didn't really care about my answer to "what is your research about". He was just typing regardless what I was saying. I began wondering why bother asking me questions since he wasn't even paying any attention to my words. Yet, he still kept asking questions like "So you have been to America before? What for?" "You know you don't have to come personally?" "Your study is robotics, and that is in Computer Science Department?" ....

He asked, so I answered. Then a green paper appeared in my sight. He was writing on it. Two kids in other windows got yellow cards and they seemed happy about it. That is when I realized, holly crap, my application is checked. No surprise, he told me they had some "administrative" things going on, and I don't have to worried about it. So I asked if I can get my passport back before July 22 because my flight is on that day. Surprisingly, now he really cared and even went to check with his boss.( The reason I thought he was a nice guy. ) The answer was "The process is going to take about 3-4 weeks. So that shouldn't be a problem. Your department will understand, many students have the same process".

Crap! The department will understand, American Airlines will not. I seriously doubt the embassy works together will those airline companies, so they can make more money. ( Just kidding. )

Anyway, good luck to all you guys got checked. And good luck to your money. Wish the process takes only 3 weeks.

Congrats!!!!  Not bad, man. Like they said, 21 days for the first update, 24 days to issue. Wish that works for me too. (I'm feeling so sick typing English.... f*** GFW, they blocked google services totally, I can't even use my chrome extension to type pinyin)

robotics 都是要被check的命

check的时候有收走什么资料吗？
