ECEN-CEEN和CEEN有什么区别

Please note, ECEN-CEEN area of specialization under the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department is different from CEEN major. Students applying to the CEEN major under ECEN are allowed to register for CSE courses.

官网看到这样一句话, 不理解什么意思, CEENmajor和ECEN-CEEN有区别吗?
ECE里面只分了EE和CE两个major啊,哪来的这么多CEEN
