NIW PD怎么算？

请问田里的家人们，NIW的Priority Date 是怎么算的？


昨天律所帮忙file 了NIW的材料，快递显示明天到达USCIS，是按照USCIS收到包裹的日期么？（假设08242023收到了，那我的PD就是08242023么？）

Please note that requesting Premium Processing Service can only shorten the processing time of your I-140 petition. It does not affect your priority date. Your priority date should be approximately the date USCIS receives your I-140 EB2-NIW petition. Your priority date is NOT the date USCIS approves your petition. Having the I-140 approval through Premium Processing Service will not expedite the wait time for your EB2 priority date to become current. You will still need to wait for your priority date to become current in order to proceed with the second step of green card application.

理論上只有140被approve才有priority date，沒approve之前一切都是零. Approval Notice上面會有一個priority date, 一般來講就是USCIS收到的那幾天左右。

是的呀，PD是approve之后，看case收到的那个时间左右，而不是approve的时间。这就是为什么排期很长的情况下，大家就都不加速了，因为只要最后批，PD都是一样的，都是你交的那个时间左右

有可能是同一天，如果不是同一天不会差太多。我当时律所3-1从德州休斯顿寄给TSC，PD最后是3-3。
