PhD.AD [CS@WPI] 报CS Ph.D. AD@WPI

今天早上收到WPI的AD，经过三封rej的铺垫，收到一枚wpi的ad顿感欣慰。大牛们见笑了。
虽然收到AD，但是因为是自费所以不想读到Ph.D.了 ，请坛子里的朋友出出主意，怎么回信让我转成M.S.的AD呢？
邮件如下：
We have attached a copy of your Admission Decision letter to this e-mail along with the I-20 Information Form and Instructions. The original letter will be mailed out to you with your I-20 one you have confirmed your acceptance. In order to confirm, you must go online as instructed in your letter.  Also, you must complete both pages of the I-20 Information form and either attach it to an e-mail or fax it in (508-831-5717) to us.  Once this is received, we will notify the Office of International Students and Scholars and they in turn will process your I-20 and mail it out with your letter.
