NIW之后能跳槽去工业界的Engineer岗位吗？

小弟目前在准备NIW，律师发来的资料里提到了NIW不绑定雇主，但是换工作的话新工作最好是research相关并继续发表文章。楼主未来一年内PhD毕业有去工业界做Engineer的打算，但是新position否能发表文章需要看公司和机遇，且目前来看EB2排期超5年，很难说自己未来5-10年会一直做research相关的职位。大家都是怎么解决这个问题的呢？如果不考虑EB1或者雇主支持的EB2/3, 假如若干年后排期到了，485或者IVP时会不会审核NIW 140之后等排期的这5-10年是否一直做research相关的工作？感谢大家的建议

过了485拿到卡了想干啥都行 这里主要说的是没拿卡之前应该是不可以的

我也好奇 485的时候到底看的是你的endeavor还是看你140上的 occupational classification？如果是后者的话 发/审paper的意义是不是就是在于证明自己还在那个occupation里有贡献？
