有人知道HTC 公司吗？有绿卡NG无intern经验进这个公司怎么样？

MSCIS毕业以后一年了一直没有找到工作，因为疫情也没有实习经验。最近在LinkedIn上看到HTC，可以招聘新人培训两个月，然后该公司客户会提供面试机会，如果通过会和HTC公司签一年卖身契60k，合同完成后会得到一份全职的工作。工作地点由公司决定，可能会relocate。

“If you are selected to join, we will offer 8 weeks of virtual & full-time training followed by an interview with our clients. Once you pass the interview, you will begin working on their team as a software engineer (60K/yr). You'll be employed by HTD Talent for the first 12 months while you continue to grow, and our client will offer you a full-time role at the end of your initial contract (80K+)”.

有了解这个公司的朋友吗，这个是不是有点类似于ICC。目前我的考虑是反正闲着也是闲着，还不如挣点工作经验，后面换工作也容易些。顾虑就是这个至少要签一年合同还有可能relocate，目前我有绿卡，又想看看能不能有其他没有那么多限制的机会。大佬们有什么建议吗？
