成绩单上大概5门CS课
3封推荐信：一个机器人元老教授（中推）一个机器人普通tenure教授（强推），一个帮做TA的副教授（弱推）。

在美工作经验3年多做机器人
第一个岗位：大概一半sw一半hw。
第二个岗位：大概80%sw。

主要申cs-robotics，顺带免费申了个cs37。赚了！
这两周收到邮件说cs-robotics 24fall 不开了。把转成了cs28，还没结果。

请问LZ，在美机器人的工作职位多吗？一般哪些公司？也准备申请机器人方向，但同学都说机器人不好找工作。

童鞋你好。做机器人r&d工作确实比较少，一般需要phd。做偏application，比如自动化之类的，工作多一些。但是一般要求机械，电子，还有软件背景都要有。

没有28了，以后都是32

We writing to share with you changes to the Computer Science MS programs for students who enroll in Fall 2024:

The MS in Computer Science (referred to as the “CS general” program) will be 32 units
The following specializations will no longer be accepting applications and will be retired after all currently enrolled students have completed their program:

专门搞cv的不太多，一般都是Autonomous Vechile 的公司（Tesla，Waymo）。robotic development的一般是startup多。感觉做controls的多。
