正式Offer迟迟不下，HR玩失踪

Update:

今天终于收到了正式Offer。贡献一下timeline:
1/31 - Notified about verbal offer through email (can see compensation on portal)
2/1 - accept verbal offer
2/9 - email HR (written offer should come on 2/8)
2/15 - email HR again
2/19 - reach out to my referral contact, who reaches out to my hiring manager.
2/20 - HR replied
2/26- email HR again
2/27 - received wrtiten offer
