About the team:
Prof. Mingguang He currently holds the position of Chair Professor of Experimental Ophthalmology at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he was recruited through the Global STEM Professorship Scheme from the University of Melbourne in March 2023. He has achieved recognition as one of the top 100 most influential and inspirational individuals in the field of ophthalmology on the esteemed Ophthalmologist Power List for 2023. Prof. He has also received numerous competitive grants to support his work and is actively seeking talented individuals to join his team.

Projects: Smart Clinics, Multimodality AI, Generative AI

We are seeking candidates with expertise in AI, especially generative AI. 


Requirements:
A strong interest in Medical AI, good coding and problem-solving ability, and relevant research experiences are preferred.
- Postdoc Fellow: Ph.D. degree with presentative publications and preferably experience in generative AI, 3D modeling.
- Ph.D. Students: Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
- Interns: Coding experience. Minimal 6 months, interns can work remotely.


Salary and Benefits:
- Ph.D. Students: Scholarships ranging from 18k-24k/m;
- Postdoctoral fellow: 45k/m;
- Interns: Negotiable.
