PERM还没批就交485j？

律师说既然日期current了就可以交了，而且如果顺利的话perm批不批无所谓


可是因为跳槽我的perm还没批，弱问这是怎么操作的

AC21 Portability is an exception, but with conditions: The only scenario where you could potentially file I-485 with an unapproved PERM at your current job is if you qualify for AC21 portability. However, this requires that:
You have a previously approved I-140.
Your I-485 has been pending for at least 180 days.
Your new job is in the "same or similar" occupational classification as the job on your approved I-140.
You file I-485 Supplement J.
