- Responsible for completing the data collection features (such as page error counts, response times, etc.), alert management, and experience scoring model algorithm of the operation management platform, processing 1.1 million transactions of data daily.
- Built a closed-loop management business process within the platform to generate alert work orders, increasing the satisfaction score of frontline operators from 92.6 to 98.5.
- Implemented automated build, testing, and deployment processes through GitLab CI/CD.
