HELLO 大家好，
今天又收到了一些批件，我主要想和大家分享的是一个I-130家庭申请（婚姻绿卡）。
这个案件的难点在于申请人双方刚刚离开校园，主申请人近三年的报税情况没有符合担保条件，所以需要添加联合担保人。申请人和受益人也积极联系身边的人，然后选定了多位他们认为符合条件的潜在联合担保人，并把相应的材料发给了我们律所来审核。最后，我们选定了一位最符合条件的联合担保人，并积极联系联合担保人，通过电话讲明了所有联合担保人的责任义务。
最后整个案子历时两周多的时间就准备齐了所有的材料，并提交给移民局。最后案件历时6个多月就顺利获批。我们在此恭喜客户顺利拿到绿卡。

Hello everyone,

Today, we received some approval notices again. What I mainly want to share with you is a family-based I-130 petition (marriage green card)

The difficulty of this case is that both petitioner and beneficiary had just graduated from school, and the petitioner’s most recent three years' tax return records did not meet the sponsorship requirements, so it was necessary to add a joint sponsor. The petitioner and the beneficiary actively contacted people around them and selected several potential joint sponsors whom they believed met the requirements, and sent the relevant materials to our firm for review. Finally, we selected one joint sponsor who best met the requirements and actively contacted the joint sponsor, explaining all the joint sponsor’s responsibilities and obligations over the phone.

In the end, the entire case took more than two weeks to prepare all the materials, and we submitted the petition package to the immigration office. Finally, the case took about 6 months to get approved successfully. Here, we congratulate the clients on successfully obtaining the green card.
