如果你最近是H-1B身份被裁员，其实不用特别担心，因为你其实可以转成其他的身份。那么我们今天就讲一讲你可以转的身份。

第一个身份是非移民签证B签证。最简单的就是转成B签证，如果你转成B签证，你就可以在这里待6个月，这样你可以找工作，找到工作之后可以从B Pending身份转回H-1B身份，这是最简单的方法。

当然还有一些朋友是想上学的，那么你就可以找到新学校，之后转成F-1签证，这也是没有问题的。

当然，如果你的配偶在美国有身份，你完全可以考虑配偶签证，比如F-2签证或者H-4签证。

最后一个就是我们可以考虑一下绿卡的转换途径。那么这个就得因人而异，有些人可以去做一个EB-5投资移民申请，这样一旦递交EB-5申请，就可以继续待在这里，同时获得工卡。

还有一种方法是如果你的男女朋友是公民或者绿卡持有者，可以考虑申请婚姻绿卡。当然，如果对方是绿卡持有者，目前有排期；如果是公民的话，目前没有排期。

当然，我们提供的方法并不是全部的，每个人的案子不一样，所以你要找到一个适合自己的途径，然后递交申请，留在这里就可以了。

If you have recently been laid off from an H-1B status, there's actually no need to worry too much because you can change to another status. So today, we will talk about the statuses you can change to.

The first status is a non-immigrant B visa. The simplest option is changing to a B visa. If you change to a B visa, you can stay here for up to six months, allowing you time to look for a job. Once you find a job, you can change from a pending B status to H-1B status. This is the simplest method.

Of course, some people want to pursue further education. In that case, you can find a new school and then change to an F-1 visa, which is also possible.

If your spouse has legal status in the US, you can consider a spouse visa, such as an F-2 or H-4 visa.

Lastly, we can consider the green card pathway. This depends on the individual. Some people can pursue an EB-5 investment immigration application, allowing them to stay here once the EB-5 application is submitted and receive a work permit.

Another option is if your boyfriend or girlfriend is a US citizen or a green card holder, you can consider a marriage-based green card. If they are a green card holder, there is currently a waiting period. If they are a citizen, there is no waiting period at the moment.

Of course, the methods we provided are not exhaustive. Each person's case is different, so you need to find one that suits your situation, submit your application, and then you can stay here.
