很抽象的挂了五个大厂的bq，大家都怎么准备bq的？

现在狗在一个小厂，也经常有同事说听不懂我说话，我可能是真的太抽象了
老板1o1， 问我一年的规划，我说希望世界不毁灭， 问我三年的计划，我说希望马斯克早日带我去火星

说一个我的负面案例

me：写timeline催
hm：这不是别人priority怎么办
me：继续催，写邮件cc他老板要求提高priority
hm：你不report给你老板吗
me：我老板要的是结果，我一直给他excuse他只会觉得我没能力，对我印象差。我催blocker别人可能对我不满意，但是事情能做完才是最重要的，他block我，他应该觉得shame，而不是我。

depends on why it blocked

1. If blocked due to bandwidth, escalate to both managers, to let manager determine the priority, provide business justification why I need it and why I need it now. So managers can have a good understanding for the changes and can make correct decision of priority.

2 if blocked due to technical, I would say apparently my projects has dependency on this change, im willing to help to debug or to design :) and also meanwhile I would escalate this to managers to let them know the timeline is delay due to technical problem.. the reason why I inform managers is maybe same technical issue already had been discussed in other projects so we can reuse the solution and save our time.
