哈喽大家好！


今天我要跟大家分享一个成功案例，这是今年第一次抽签的H-1B案子。这个案子也是第三方申请的案例。


大家都知道，第三方申请其实蛮难的，而且准备的材料又复杂又多，程序也比较漫长。这次的申请公司是我们的长期客户，公司一直选择我们律所来处理他们的非移民和移民案件，包括H-1B申请以及公司绿卡申请。


今天的申请人今年刚毕业，目前还在OPT期间。H-1B抽签抽中之后，由于他还在攻读博士学位，学业比较繁忙。我们也是利用他空闲的时间，帮助他整理了所有第三方所需的材料。客户在这个过程中非常给力，在很短的时间内帮我们把所有材料都准备齐全。


我们将这个案子提交到移民局，最终这个案子无补件直批，而且直接批了三年。

Hello everyone!


Today, the successful case I want to share with you is this year's initial H-1B application case. This case is also a staffing company's case.


As we all know, staffing company's petitions can be quite challenging, and the materials required are complex and numerous. Additionally, the process is quite long. The company in this case is one of our long-term corporate clients. They have consistently chosen our law firm to handle both their nonimmigrant and immigrant cases, including H-1B petitions and green card cases.


Today's Beneficiary just graduated this year and is still in the OPT period. After winning the H-1B lottery, he remained busy as he is still pursuing his Ph.D. degree. We made use of the time he had available to help him organize all the materials needed from the third-party side. The client was incredibly cooperative and helped us gather all the required materials in a very short time.


We submitted this case to the USCIS, and it was approved without any requests for additional evidence. Additionally, it was approved directly for three years.
