血腥的Calibrations《转自blind》

The calibrations this time were absolutely brutal—an all-out bloodbath. Managers were at each other’s throats, senior ICs got into heated confrontations, and tensions ran so high that one M2 reportedly stabbed another M over a clarifying question. Egos are at an all-time high, and the chaos even saw a few M1s sprawled on the floor, gasping for air—no one knows what happened there. When asked about curve fitting, the response was that some ICs performed so poorly they “deserved to be shot in the butt.” The atmosphere was so volatile that people started carrying bulletproof vests to protect themselves from the carnage.

In an unprecedented turn, the D had to literally drop a grenade to regain control of the room. Gunshots and explosions were a common theme throughout, and the aftermath left many shaken. Bloodshed seemed to spill from every corner of the meeting rooms.

As for the PSC outcomes, the rumor mill suggests some ICs might face electrocution. Brace yourselves; it seems like no one is safe this time around.

On a serious note:
The takeaway is that you’re going to be fine—there’s no need to stress too much. You’ve made it this far in life and overcome similar challenges before. Whatever the outcome, you’ll emerge stronger. Remember, Meta isn’t the end of the world, and there’s plenty of life beyond it. Stay resilient and keep your head up.

现在curve其实还是可以的，没有想象中那么惨烈：15-20%GE+50%EE，导致Meet All这个rating （30%）都成了below P50。
calibration里面中间的MA和EE两档（加一起占了70-80%）都没人看的，很快就过完了。

惨烈的是GE和不meet这两档：
org可能不同吧，我们这边没有那么夸张，一线老板很少认为自己的员工不meet，导致D必须站出来强行压quota，压的过程更类似找茬：“为什么别人都没有这个gap，这个人有？”。更多情况是director说完以后，HR在旁边速记结果，然后全场静默。

redzone就是要达到下个level ma+才行，你是要和你下个level的人一起评。其余promo都是正常的，区别不大，但最近几年我们org一般都是GE promo才稳，还是看地方

我们这边H1经理拿去ma-的全拉到BE了，H2都学聪明了没人给ma-，那就从ma里往下拽，然后这次评mm的一律往ms打，ma那边基本就是每个人都要往下压一小档然后经理defend，GE EE反而没啥人challenge，而且GE交上去的人不多，只有GE+在被讨论的多。

一个字，有毒

意思就是没有那么夸张，大家淡定一些

那和promotion相关的讨论呢，特别是有关红区的promotion怎么样呢？

Redzone达到下个level ma+，这么看普通的ma也不行了？听上去这次也比以前难了对吧？
