有点长 之前给一个同事写的 是英文的 全部po过来。 如果不是pip的话,修完fmla & STD 千万别回来啊 字节会retaliate, 基本所有人回来第一周就会以各种五花八门的理由(开会迟到,某周没满足RTO, 晚上上会率低等)被let go给n+1。所以找到工作了回来拿n+1,没找到的接着休假5-6个月等着字节裁掉你,finacially基本一样,可能后者更好一些因为有保险也光明正大对新雇主说你在职找工作。希望有帮助!加油跑路!

Advice on fmla: this new vendor, Sedgwick/Absence One, is essentially ByteDance’s partner. Ask your doctor to use a diagnostic as severe as possible, which will maximize your chances of getting paid via approved STD
Normal anxiety will not will get approved and the best case will be 2 weeks’ pay now. Get PTSD written by your doctor please
fmla will always be approved, but FMLA doesn’t come with $$$. You need STD to get the $$$ while on leave. For STD to get approved for 12 weeks, you need PTSD

You have 21 days to submit medical documents to Sedgwick. As soon as you submit leave request, you will get LOA( aka FMLA)approved first. And you have 21 days to submit medical documents after your initial request date with Sedgwick
Worst case scenario, FMLA approved, STD denied. But you still remain on company payroll with no pay but with benefits as usual
