prop trading 中小公司选择对比

本人tech 3 yoe, 打算转去trading做swe
在纠结两个offer

小公司（100人），back office team, 整体公司更偏向high frequency, 公司历史10几年，公司performance未知。wlb 不错
15w base, bonus based on performance, no target. （我感觉back office也不会有很出彩的performance？）

中公司（500人），front office team, 公司更偏mid frequency, 可能去的组不会有很strict的performance requirement (micro second level), 公司历史20几年，但公司最近performance 不好。wlb差一点点
Process拖了很久，没有official offer, 预计18 base 25 TC.

请问选哪个更好呢？如果想1～2年后跳去cs/jump/js等头部hft，哪家会更有优势？

个人看重 职业发展>钱>everything else
