2b. University of Macau Talent Program Postdoctoral Researcher Recruitment (English Version)
Selected candidates have an annual salary of approximately MOP 340,000, with a tax rate of about 6%. The initial contract can last up to 2 years. The application period is from December 1, 2025, to January 30, 2026, and the application requirements are as follows:
(1) Holder of a PhD degree or equivalent degree from top-ranked universities or disciplines (e.g., Top 200-ranked universities listed on THE/QS world ranking, or those listed under the Double First-Class Initiatives and Programmes in mainland China);
(2) Holder of a PhD degree for less than 2 years. Applicants with doctoral degree award expected within 6 months upon closing of application will be considered;
(3) Proven track record of outstanding academic achievements, including publications, patents, presentations and academic awards;
(4) Current UM Postdoctoral Fellows under the UM Talent Programme are not eligible for application.

二、课题组负责人介绍
郑伟业是IEEE/CSEE/CES高级会员、英国皇家特许工程师、特许金融分析师三级候选人,清华电机系工学学士与工学博士,北京大学经济学学士,香港大学电机电子工程系博士后。曾任华南理工大学电力学院副教授、博导,现任澳门大学智慧城市物联网国家重点实验室助理教授、博导,横琴澳门大学高等研究院副研究员。以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表约30篇SCI期刊论文,其中6篇入选ESI高被引论文(全球前1%),1篇入选ESI热点论文(全球前0.1%),一作单篇引用高达400余次。任IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid编委等学术兼职。曾获教育部自然科学奖一等奖、IEEE PES杰出青年人才奖、广东电力科学技术奖-优秀青年科技奖、中国计算机学会(CCF)-腾讯犀牛鸟基金卓创奖等荣誉,自2022年起连续入选爱思唯尔与斯坦福大学发布的“全球前2%顶尖科学家”榜单至今。
Prof. Weiye Zheng is a senior member of IEEE/CSEE/CES, a Chartered Engineer in the UK, and a Level III candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He holds a Bachelor's degree and a Doctorate in Engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Tsinghua University, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Peking University, and completed postdoctoral research in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Hong Kong. He has previously served as an Associate Professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Electrical Engineering, South China University of Technology. He is currently an Assistant Professor and doctoral supervisor at the State Key Laboratory of IoT for Smart City, University of Macau, as well as an Associate Researcher at the University of Macau Advanced Research Institute in Hengqin. Prof. Zheng has published approximately 30 SCI journal papers as the first author or corresponding author, among which 6 were selected as ESI highly cited papers (top 1% globally), 1 was selected as an ESI hot paper (top 0.1% globally), and a single first-authored paper has been cited more than 400 times. He serves as an editorial board member for IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid and holds other part-time academic work. He has received numerous honors, including the First Prize of the Natural Science Award from the Ministry of Education, the IEEE PES Outstanding Young Engineer Award, the Guangdong Electric Power Science and Technology Award - Excellent Young Scientist Award, and the CCF-Tencent Rhino Bird Fund Excellence Award. Since 2022, he has been consecutively listed in the “Top 2% of Scientists Worldwide” list published by Elsevier and Stanford University.
The research team is affiliated with Principal Song Yonghua's team and mainly focuses on power system planning and operation, integrated energy system modeling and analysis methods, energy system optimization theory, and power market mechanism design. The team has sufficient research funding and has led more than 10 research projects, including National Natural Science Foundation, the sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program, and Guangdong Basic Research Fund. The group has also carried out close collaborations with leading energy and AI companies such as State Grid, China Southern Power Grid, and Tencent.
