具备下列条件者将被优先考虑:

• 已在美国境内
• 有电力系统仿真软件使用经验（如 PSLF、PSCAD、PowerWorld、PSSE 等）
• 有硬件在环（Hardware-in-the-Loop）实时仿真平台使用经验
• 具有相关实验或工程实操经验
• 有论文发表记录

Power Grid Modernization Lab (PGML) at Oklahoma State University is seeking highly motivated students with a Master's degree to join our Ph.D. program and contribute to research in Power Systems, Power Electronics, and Control with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML). Multiple positions are available for students eager to work on cutting-edge research projects in collaboration with a broad network of academic and industry partners. Successful candidates will engage in interdisciplinary research at the intersection of energy systems, controls, optimization, and data-driven intelligence. Positions are available for Summer 2026 and Fall 2026, and applicants currently residing in the United States are preferred.

LAB DIRECTOR: Dr. Hamid Nazaripouya

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
• Strong background in Power Systems, Power Electronics, or Control
• Experience in mathematics, AI/ML, or optimization techniques
• Ability to conduct independent research and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong academic record; prior research experience
  

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Domestic students or international students who are already in the U.S.
• Experience with power system simulation software (e.g., PSLF, PSCAD, PowerWorld, PSSE)
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop real-time simulators.
• Hands-on experience
• Publication Record
