Anthropic RE Screen Fail - Agentic Coding

Hi there, this community has been incredibly helpful in prep process so happy to share back.

I unfortunately failed the Anthropic RE, Alignment full time process. Here is what happened

• got a referral by hanging out at AI Safety event in San Francisco
• HR call -> HR (sourcers) are pretty flexible, I told my background was more engineering-like and they changed the interview order and type. I got "Agentic Coding" cause that's my strength
