Multiple fully funded PhD positions are available in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at Purdue University, starting in Spring 2027 or Fall 2027.

Machine Learning
AI for Healthcare
Emerging real-world challenges in AI
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for highly motivated students with a strong background in mathematics and/or programming and a strong interest in conducting high-quality, impactful research.
Prior research experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or related areas is highly desirable. Students from computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics, statistics, and related fields are encouraged to apply.
