Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Production Support & Environment Management

• Support Development, UAT, and Production environments.
• Monitor application health, system performance, logs, and operational dashboards.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, application issues, and data-processing failures.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Work with project managers and internal teams to investigate and resolve client-reported
• issues.
• Support scheduled jobs, data-processing workflows, and operational activities.
• Participate in production support, maintenance, and release activities.

DevOps & Release Automation

• Maintain and improve deployment scripts, release procedures, and automation tools.
• Manage application configurations and environment-specific settings.
• Support and improve CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational visibility.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks.

AWS Cloud & Infrastructure

• Support applications and services hosted in AWS environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot AWS resources supporting assessment applications.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and scalability.
• Support logging, monitoring, system reliability, and overall operational readiness.

Application Support & Development

• Troubleshoot .NET applications, APIs, and services.
• Assist with application enhancements, bug fixes, and defect resolution.
• Develop utility programs, automation tools, and operational scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams on troubleshooting, code reviews, and release
• readiness.
• Support database development, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
