邮件中说需要从institution寄official transcripts

3月26日收到的admission3月28号accept填完response form
昨天打电话给小秘问为啥还没收到“welcome to Boston University”的邮件是不是有啥问题；
今天凌晨收到了两封邮件，一封是关于注册BU online e-mail，另一封特别长，内容包括了:

• Final Transcripts & Degree Certificates
• Important Immunization Information
• Boston University Email Account
• Orientation
• Registration
• Tuition(第一眼看到23,711.00/Semseter还以为自己看错了怎么会这么便宜，后来仔细看才是一个Semester的，一年还是46,000+T T)
  

其他的还包括了租房、学生奖学金政策、学生借款、health Services甚至parking policies等等等等，非常详细，外国人无微不至的关怀和细致到不行的工作态度。。


那么的问题来了：部分邮件原文如下
"All incoming students are required to submit to the Admission Office a final transcript, degree certificate or other official document showing all previous degrees conferred in a sealed envelope from your institution. If you have not submitted transcripts /degree certificates showing all previous degrees, please do so before classes start in September. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx If you received your degree from a Chinese institution and are not able to request degree certificates in a sealed envelope, you will need to send the degree certificates through the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center(CDGDC)."


我之前将application materials（包括ch/en成绩单、两证、财产证明）都给他们过了，信封有封章，但是我自己寄的，不是学习寄出去的，那还需要再寄一次吗？


ps：昨天打电话的时候还问了phd的事情，小秘说是在laster Semester提交一个正式申请才行，似乎没有什么通过qualify的考试以后转成phd的途径。


.1point3acrespps:已经decline掉GWU的admission，收到小秘的来信祝我在geography的道路上顺利(= =为啥是geography 的道路)。


ppps:为什么地里在学位那里就是没有MA的选项，难道MA是外面捡回来的么。。。
