rutgers的assistant professor来信，求问这是反套吗?

收到一封rutgers的assistant professor的邮件，求小伙伴帮我看看是不是被反套啊。。。。之前没有陶瓷过，目前rutgers还没给我AD，但是如果我陶瓷的话是不是应该就会给我AD了呢？另外，跟这种新来的assistant professor是不是得累成狗？不过他的研究方向我还是挺感兴趣的。
目前只有三个AD，Syracuse(40% off)  Clemson SBU，Clemson和SBU我打算拒了。剩下还有7所pending，其中包括rutgers。另外，UCI三月底问我要了财产证明，不知道是不是想录我的意思，一直在等这所，但据UCI的学长说，这所4月20几号才会发AD。

I am not sure if you have decided on what graduate school to attend or an adviser, but if not I would be very interested in discussing further even if you are just curious (it can be helpful to explore different options).

My research involves using simulations and experiments to develop and apply methods for scalable micro/nanomanufacturing. More specifically, I seek to rapidly generate functional nanostructures through combinations of top-down (e.g. laser patterning, electrospray, and nanoimprint) and bottom-up (e.g. dewetting and block-copolymer self-assembly). 根据我的经验，Assistant professor不一定就push，已经拿到tenure的professor也不一定就不push，这完全是看个人。

可以勾搭下
