关于大公司选组重要性的一些感想（以Google为例）

Hi, I just got the offer from Google, haven't accepted it yet. I am going to report for duty in July 2016.
The recruiter offered to start the team matching process now so that I am more willing to accept the offer (I have other offers too).
. check 1point3acres for more.Should I start the matching process now or should I wait till Feb/March 2016 to start the matching process (The recruiter said all google teams know their 2016 headcount in Feb/March next year)? Which option would increase my chance of matching to a good team? (Let's say my experience doesn't change from now to next Feb/March)

如果是T3的话，最后能升一级再转，否则的话，你在旧组干的活，去了新组，还得重新累计credit, 延迟promote。
