拿到了Google和A9的offer,不知道怎么选

Google不管怎么说,老印不像a9那么多极品
我就不扒a9的事了,不管是员工福利，发展潜力，人际沟通上来讲,google处处秒杀A9

楼主在国外读书吗

Did you stay in product search or cloud search group? I've heard that the atmosphere there is bad.
But you're right, people's feedback get bipolarized to A9, as glassdoor reviews says.

Adtech group is much better though. Not sure direct-link team but good teams such as ad platform, data forecasting, data framework really got very good team culture. The overall ad business is also fast growing as Amazon hold valuable customer shopping data. I probably guess Amazon won't cut A9.com as long as it make money, and Google can still cut some teams if they didn't make money.

Finally I should say, there is no absolute better company or teams. It's all about where you can survive and thrive better, where you can build reputation and meet good mentor. It's about yourself right?

ps. After I got offer, I didn't join google so I can't suggest good teams. But some friends just told me some team is really doing brilliant stuff and some are just boring and full of jerks.

我之前可能太激动了,好组坏组这种事ymmv.
不过Google的前景比a9好,不光a9,整个亚马逊老印都太多了,而且amazon的老印很多都是从印度直接来的,你懂的.

非也,看h1bd ata比例来讲,google老印还是要比亚马逊好很多.
而且google的老印质量好很多,好多都是在美国有学位的,印度iit的.
亚马逊不少从印度直接调过来的.

呵呵。那么多senior manager都没有美国学位，直接infosys＋oracle然后过来的
你用美国学位判断好很多没什么意义，烙印只有到了一定level才去上MBA，他们根本不觉得马工需要美国学位

你说得对,但是美国学位还是挺重要的
老印上mba有一点是因为好的商学院里面都要他们的人,你去看看你几大商学院的dean,有多少是印度人,或者上一任是印度人?再看看大学里多少校长或者副校长是印度人?你再看看有多少中国人当dean?被商学院dean认同的老印总比一般老印好吧!
