Mine is a return offer. No standard interview process needed. Location is also Palo Alto. Business department does not have much stock as I know. 160K for SDE is pretty standard.Business Department's package will usually be Base+Cash Bonus. Hiring manager is on vacation, will talk about the compensation when she is back. 140K is the standard base offered to MBA at VMware. I have done a financial modeling project related to stocks, have been looking at VM's stock for a while~not very interested~~Please give me cash!

This position would be in Palo Alto not Austin.~
I think SDE @ VM has pretty standard salary as compared to FLAG.
VM is quite famous for very high salary for interns but the full time salary does not stand out.
Actually analyst and manager salary are similar to google/facebook as well.
They look at peer group when determining the standard package, if you do not negotiate

这么说你不看好他家的股票？
他们说给我5w刀的股票，我一听就觉得哪里有这么low ball的……

谢谢……不过他们家recruiter刚给我报完数字我就跟对方说有点低，是不是不太礼貌……囧

我是读了5年phd然后drop out的，所以我看包裹是会尽量向phd看齐（虽然估计没法跟他们一样）

我觉得比较稳定不会大涨神马的吧 只想说 请给我现金 今年年初我面实习那会儿特别低 那时候入就能赚点 现在好久不看啦也不知道咧 个人觉得比较稳发不了神马大财 可能俺吃不到🍇说🍇酸吧 因为商务运营部门 刚进去并没有什么股票

那我觉得你可以Argue一下 毕竟读了那么久Phd 这Package应该是Master的啊 你就说你同学都很高 能不能涨
