推荐人邮箱问题

想问一下我用老师的EDU邮箱一直收不到链接，垃圾箱翻过了，也resend好多次了，一直收不到，然后改了QQ邮箱马上收到了。不知道用personal的邮箱有没有事情呀？传的推荐信里邮箱地址还是EDU。

是UCI吗？我老师也收不到……不知道要怎么办了……

对的，问了小秘他这样说：When an email comes from a personal email and not a university or business, the committee will review it as a personal recommendation instead of professional recommendation.  When it comes from a personal email we do not know who sent it.  It could be coming from a family member or a friend.  If the letter comes from a university email address or on university letter head, we can confirm the validity of the recommendation.
I suggest you log back into the Application Progress review and resend the invitation to your recommender’s university.  If they are unable to receive the it at their University email, please make sure their recommendation letter is written on University Letterhead.
不知道这个University Letterhead这个怎么弄呀。我都已经提交了还能再改？

这是递交纸质推荐的意思？实在不行只有寄过去了

貌似提交之后还能改的，我准备用有学校抬头的信纸打印然后签字再扫描上传
