这是个纽约的一个科技公司，是个startup,但是公司相对比较稳定，做online media，
工作中还会用到大数据等等，发展潜力不错。之前招了些我们国人，面试官也有国人。
给offer的话价格都挺好商量的。之前面试的题目我都有保存，为了以后兄弟姐妹的面
试方便哈。
本人是个纽约的小猎头哈，按照经验来讲一般3月中旬会是个跳槽旺季，2月慢慢的会有
些职位出来，但是3月是最多的。原因很简单哈，老员工一般要拿好bonus 再走，而
bonus 一般都在2，3月出来。现在虽然是跳槽淡季，但是我们一般是在这个时候为下个
月做准备，等职位一出来就赶紧给大家递交啦！这个职位3年以上java,C# 都可以试试
的，C++的话小猎有其他公司比如一些hedge fund 的职位可以给大家试试，但是大家也
知道hedge fund 难进一点，对技能要求和背景都高一点。如果有大牛愿意挑战一下，

Sr. Server Side Engineer

What you will do:
Enhance and create large scale distributed systems to process billions of
transactions per day with strict SLAs.
  Adhere to high scale concepts such as share-nothing, single-threading,
state-less, caching, lock-free data structures, etc.
   Design and implement a large variety of components.Continuously learn and
get updated about new concepts, technologies and practices.Follow agile
methodologies and work in an environment of Feature Teams, Continuous
Delivery, TDD, A|B Testing and Online Experiments.Fine tune real time ad
serving systems, optimizing to the micro second level.Model and define APIs
for external systems.
     What you have done/Who you are:
    Overall 6+ years of software development experience.
    Solid Java or C# skills (4+ years experience). Python and JavaScript
experience is a plus.
    You have at least 2 years of experience with SQL and RDBMS.
    Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
    Knowledge of scalable and big-data systems.
    Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
    You have worked in an agile environment and are self-motivated
